Description

In (COVID-postponed) celebration of its 75th Season, the Simsbury Light Opera Company (SLOCO) is pleased to present Gilbert & Sullivan's "The Pirates of Penzance: or, The Slave of Duty".  

Performances will be at Henry James Memorial School in Simsbury, Connecticut, on:

  • Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday May 1, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. and on 
  • Sunday, May 8, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.

Ticket levels are:

Advance price:  Adult ($30), Senior & Student ($25), and Children 12 and Under ($10) (Tickets are an additional $5 at the door)

Contributor level tickets may be purchased at the Savoyard ($295), Benefactor ($195), Patron ($120), and Friend ($60) levels, which entitles the donor to attend a Contributors' Reception and to up to 8 complimentary tickets, depending on the level.

MASK & VACCINE POLICY:

As with many theater companies and other performing arts organizations in the area, we will be requiring that our audience members wear masks indoors and that they present proof of a full-course of COVID-19 vaccination, whether by physical card or state-issued electronic card, at the door.  Fully vaccinated is defined as having received the primary dose(s) of the vaccine (two, if Pfizer or Moderna, or one dose if Johnson & Johnson).  For your reference, our cast and crew are fully vaccinated and have presented proof of vaccination to us.  Our cast will not be masked while performing.
